Returns Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping at Sharon's Factory Shop. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us. This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website.

2. Eligibility for Returns

If your product is damaged, we will exchange it for you at our expense, if:

  • You notify us within 7 days of your purchase;
  • If a product was a sale item, no refunds or exchanges will be provided;
  • The product in its original packaging;
  • The product is unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The product must have a certain level of defect to be approved for replacement;
  • If your product is in tip-top condition but you've changed your mind, or you want a different size or color - then we'll meet you halfway. You will have to return or deliver the product to us at your own expense.
  • We will drop the product back at you at our expense. Furthermore, the same conditions apply, namely that you must notify us within 7 days of your purchase and the product must be in its original condition. If you want to exchange your package for a second time, you are responsible for the courier costs. 

If you do not wish to exchange the product, you will be requested to return the product to Sharon's Factory Shop at your own expense. Once the product is received and the product is unused, your payment will be refunded to you via EFT.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at Sharonsfactorycandice@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Product name and quantity
  3. Once you receive the RA number, securely package the product along with a copy of the original invoice and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping the Return

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return. We maintain a high standard for our products at Sharon's Factory Shop, we will not intentionally provide faulty items without providing a discount and/or informing you. If you no longer want your item, you will be responsible for the 

5. Inspection and Processing

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 2. If the product meets these criteria, we will process the return within 5 - 7 business days.

6. Refund or Exchange

Depending on your preference, we offer two options:

  • Refund: The original purchase amount (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for a different item, please specify the replacement item details when requesting the RA number. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
