International Orders & Shipping

We’re excited to now offer international shipping on selected products from Sharon’s Factory Shop.

For now, we are accepting international orders until 31 October 2026. International shipping will then pause over our busy festive season and officially launch again in January 2027.

How to place an international order

  1. Browse our website and screenshot the items you would like to purchase.
  2. WhatsApp us on 063 682 2070 with screenshots of the items you’d like to purchase, your full delivery address, and your the Tax Identification Number (Tax ID/TIN), ID number or passport number required for customs clearance in your country, so we can arrange an international courier quote, including duties and taxes.
  3. We will confirm product availability, courier costs and the final amount payable.

Important information

  • Minimum international order: R1,000
  • An 8% International Processing Fee applies to international orders to assist with payment, banking and additional processing costs.
  • Courier charges, customs duties and import taxes are for the customer’s account and will be included in your final quote upfront, so there are no unexpected fees on delivery.
  • Quotes and Stitch payment links are valid for 12 hours only. After this period, a new quote may be required.
  • No liquids or food items can be shipped internationally.

Sending a gift overseas from South Africa?🎁

Local South African customers are welcome to use this service too. If you would like to purchase items from our store and have them sent directly to a friend or loved one overseas, simply WhatsApp us and we’ll assist with the order and courier quote.
